Sales Associate

Work as a sales associate at a consulting firm specializing in franchise HQ development, M&A, and capital strategy. WEB meeting-focused environment, virtually no cold-call prospecting.

—Base salary ¥300k/month + incentives (¥10M+ first-year potential)
—No overtime, weekends & holidays off
—Ginza, Tokyo · 9:00–17:30

Internship

Sales Internship

Sales-focused internship for university/graduate students. Work closely with full-time staff to develop practical sales skills in the franchise and M&A domains.

—Hourly ¥1,500+ with performance incentives
—2–3 days/week, flexible schedule
—Ginza, Tokyo · Weekends & holidays off
